Mallar’s pictorial practice explores the dynamics of tension, convergence, and the diffusion of matter within the pictorial space.

Her current work is rooted in an investigation of centripetal forces and energetic structures moving across the surface of the canvas.

​

Through layers, textures, and luminous contrasts, she seeks to bring forward zones of visual concentration where matter appears to gather, vibrate, and breathe.

​

Her practice is currently unfolding through an ongoing series exploring different variations of pictorial structures.
